The Koblenz Tourist Information Office was recently certified with the well-known i-mark: the German Tourism Association (DTV) uses 40 standardised nationwide criteria to examine the quality of offers and services from the guests' perspective. We are particularly pleased about the recent promotion to Q2 level as part of the Q certification of the nationwide quality seal "ServiceQualität Deutschland" (DTV), and the tourist information office also qualified in the Tour Cert sustainability programme.
