Successful flea market at the water playground to be expanded
Koblenz-Touristik GmbH presents the fall edition of the municipal flea market with an extended flea market on Saturday, September 7. Additional spaces can be offered.
The popular municipal flea market enters the next round on September 7. As has been successfully tried and tested since last year, all stall spaces must be reserved and paid for in advance for the fall event. This eliminates the early morning race for the best spots and all stall holders can relax and set up their stalls in the pre-booked spaces. Due to the immense demand, the number of spaces has been increased from 466 to 500.
After a successful premiere in spring, the Flöhchen market is back again. For the youngest flea market fans, there will once again be a separate children's flea market at the water playground at the Deutsches Eck. As part of the municipal flea market, the Flöhchen market is reserved for children up to and including the age of 13 to sell discarded treasures "by children for children". The number of bookable spaces at the Flöhchen market will also be increased for the fall. There will now be 100 spaces instead of 60.
Advance sales for stands at the municipal flea market and the Flöhchen market start on Saturday, August 3, at 12:00 noon at www.visit-koblenz.de/events/flohmarkt and at Ticket-Regional advance booking offices.
The fees for a 3-meter stand are €24.00 for private stand operators and €60.00 for commercial vendors. Commercial vendors must carry a traveling trade card with them on site.
The fee for a 1.5 x 1.5 meter stand at the Flöhchen market is €8.00. This area can only be booked for children up to and including the age of 13.
The municipal flea market and the Flöhchen market will take place on Saturday, September 7th. Between 8:00 and 17:00, visitors can browse and shop as they please at the municipal flea market behind the Deutsches Eckt. The Flöhchen market at the water playground invites little flea market fans from 10:00 to 15:00.
